Luljetta's Hanging Gardens Spa

Do not go here and check in. You wont be able to access the garden for your whole stay in the place. You cant do anything the next day. Access in their garden is good only for 5 hours which is not enough to enjoy all their amenities which includes the 1 hour massage if you avail. Only good thing is their employees with good customer service other than that nothing else. If you think their gardens are instagramable it's not.

Rooms are excellent, the location makes it "isolated" giving a more "getaway location" vibes. Weird enough though, the restaurant did not have salt (when does this ever happen?!) and the rice tasted weird, breakfast items are very limited, wifi range is quite short (walls are very thick), employees aren't informed enough about schedules, very few fish in Dr. Fish. But the massage was excellent, it was the saving grace of the service rating.

WILL NOT RECOMMEND! WE STAYED AT THE GARDEN SUITES AREA. 1. Front desk From the moment we arrived, the front desk (Abby) was not accomodating and cheerless. There was a point when we were ready to go to our room but then we had to come back because we realized that we did not receive the key yet and when we asked her about it, she appeared irritated and did not even do a courteous apology. The receptionist told us the restaurant is available in the reception area from 7am to 9pm. She did not inform us that there is a 7pm cutoff from taking orders. 2. Massage/Body Scrub We availed the massage and body scrub. After the body scrub, we were told that the scrub needs to stay on our skin for 45mins, but the staff washed us, estimately, after 15mins. 3. Food PLEASE DO NOT GO. Free breakfast but only at their Greek Restaurant with 3 limited options. Sausage egg rice, pancake and omelette. 4. Golf cart NOT AVAILABLE 5. Pool Hydromassage was not working Pool is full of leaves 6. Room -No room maintenance (we stayed for 3days) -The bed sheet is not properly fitted for the bed so palaging natatanggal ung bed sheet when we were sleeping/lying down Worst vacation place

Spent my birthday here and had a lovely time! We got the comfort package and it was worth it. Loved the sauna, heated jacuzzi, infinity pools. Set meal was just okay (we got the salmon and the chicken). Not sure if it was because of the weather or because the place is huge, but we didn’t encounter a lot of people. Massage was good and the perfect way to end our day.
